We all know that drum brakes are not the best when it comes to stopping power. With higher performance and higher speed, stopping power must also be improved as well! Chimera Engineering bolt on front disc brake conversion is now available! Putting together components that would allow you to use the OEM front suspension and front rim!

This kit will convert the front drum brakes to hydraulic disc brake, which is a huge brake improvement using 220mm front brake rotor disc and a Brembo 2 piston P32F brake caliper! This kit will give you a significant amount of brake power! This kit will also eliminate the rear to front brake proportioning as well, allowing you to have full control of either the front brake or the rear brake.

Hardware
NOTES:

Installation involves removing the two front brake cables, one from the brake proportioning/junction box and the other from front drum brake perch. The front brake perch (lever assembly) would also be removed. The front/rear brake proportioning would no longer function, it will now have independent braking.
The OEM speedometer will no longer work, it's recommended to get a digital speedometer or gauge cluster that uses a magnetic speed pick up.
Professional installation is recommended as this kit involves brake bleeding to the new hydraulic front disc brake system.
