The NAVi 110 Performance CVT Belt belt measures 743-20-30, making it approximately 5mm longer than the stock belt. Through testing, it has been observed that the longer belt allows for increased belt travel on the Variator, utilizing the entire surface area of the drive faces. Additionally, it sits slightly higher in the clutch pulley at idle, resulting in improved acceleration when starting from a standstill. This modification enables the bike to reach speeds of up to 55mph and accelerates more quickly from a dead stop.
